The lab is delivered together with Eggsplain, providing the secure hardware and platform environment used during the day.
This gives participating teams a controlled space to explore AI, work with sensitive or proprietary information and test solutions without relying on open public AI environments.
The focus is on combining security, control and hands-on experimentation from the start.

HOW THE DAY WORKS
09:00–12:00 — Data, governance & security
We start by framing the challenge, understanding the data and identifying the key constraints.
The morning combines short expert talks, focused mini-workshops and hands-on support around topics such as data, governance, security, architecture and responsible AI.
Our consultants work closely with each team to help clarify the use case, challenge assumptions and make sure the solution can be explored in a controlled and realistic way.
12:00-13:00 — Lunch
13:00–16:00 (17:00) — Build
In the afternoon, the focus shifts from discussion to execution.
Your team works hands-on to prototype, test and develop the solution, supported by our consultants throughout the process.
There will also be short technical sessions and targeted support where needed. Our experts move between the teams, so you get access to different specialist perspectives depending on the challenges you encounter.
The aim is to keep the day practical, collaborative and focused on moving your real use case forward.
It is possible to stay longer if you feel that you don´t want to leave.
